Cancellations & Rescheduling

⚠️ Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy – Individual Sessions

  • Life happens, and we understand that schedules change. However, our time is valuable, and last-minute cancellations impact our ability to serve other clients.

  • If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, you will be responsible for 100% of the appointment cost.

  • To avoid being charged: You may reschedule 1x to within 7 days of your originally booked appointment time at no additional cost. 📅 If no appointments are available, we will add you to our waitlist. However, the policy still applies even if we cannot accommodate your requested date, time, or provider -or- no appointments are available; appointments are on a first-come, first-serve basis.

  • ❤️ No exceptions—this policy helps keep our salon running smoothly, as electrolysis and facials, etc. are how we support our families.

  • Package sessions are designed to provide consistent care at a great value, but missed appointments affect availability for other clients.

  • If you cancel within 48 hours of a scheduled session, one session will be deducted from your package.

  • To avoid losing a session: You may reschedule 1x to within 7 days of your originally booked appointment without penalty. 📅 If no appointments are available, we will add you to our waitlist. However, the policy still applies even if we cannot accommodate your requested date, time, or provider -or- no appointments are available; appointments are on a first-come, first-serve basis.
