We’re committed to providing exceptional care and keeping appointments available for all clients. Please review our policies below—they help our salon run smoothly and ensure fairness for everyone.

⏰ Cancellation & Rescheduling – Individual Sessions

Life happens, and we understand! But last-minute changes affect our ability to serve others.

  • ❌ Canceling within 48 hours results in a charge of 100% of the appointment fee.

  • ✅ You may reschedule one time to within 7 days of your original appointment at no cost.

  • 📅 If no appointments are available, we can add you to our waitlist, but the cancellation policy still applies.

  • ❤️ No exceptions—this helps protect time for all clients and supports our service providers.

🎁 Cancellation & Rescheduling – Pre-Purchased Packages

Pre-purchased packages offer great value while relying on consistent attendance:

  • ❌ Canceling within 48 hours will deduct one session credit.

  • ✅ You may reschedule one time within 7 days with no penalty.

  • 📅 If no openings are available, we can add you to our waitlist, but the policy still applies.

  • ❤️ No exceptions—this ensures fairness and availability for everyone on a package.

♾️ Cancellation & Rescheduling – Unlimited Packages

Unlimited packages rely on regular attendance so that all clients can access the schedule fairly.

  • ❌ Canceling within 48 hours or no-showing will result in the full appointment fee being charged to the card on file.

    • If we are unable to collect the fee, the remainder of your unlimited package may be forfeited without refund.

  • ❌ Two consecutive cancellations or no-shows will result in all remaining future appointments being canceled.

    • You are welcome to schedule new appointments as availability allows.

  • ❤️ These policies ensure fair access to appointments for all unlimited-package clients.

💳 Payment & Account Status

  • Packages may be forfeited if payments are declined, canceled, or returned for insufficient funds.

  • Packages stay active only when all payments are current.
