✨ Electroysis & More✨

  • Hair Removal That's 100% Permanent

Electrolysis works for literally every hair, everywhere. ⚡ Whether you have blonde, gray, red, or white hair (that laser can’t treat) or medium to deep skin tones, electrolysis is safe, precise, and effective. 💛🤎🖤

Laser doesn’t get lighter colored, thinner, or deeper hair & puts melanin-rich skin tones at higher risk for hyperpigmentation & burns. Electrolysis bypasses laser’s problems altogether, making it the gold standard for all hair and skin types.

This is true freedom from problem hair. Your only regret? That you didn’t start sooner. 💯

How long should I book?

Areas Electrolysis Treats

Electrolysis Prep⚡

  • Stop shaving/trimming hair ~2-3 days before your appointment.

  • Hair length should be about the width of a classic wedding band -- 1 to 3 mm.

  • Arrive with clean skin that's lightly moisturized; no make-up if possible.

  • Avoid caffeine & sugar before your appointment if you're sensitive to the zap of electrolysis.

  • Take ibuprofen or your preferred pain reliever 1 hour before if you're concerned about discomfort.

  • Lightly exfoliate using a washcloth or favorite skin care product.

  • Sip water a day or two before your visit; hydrated skin makes the electrolysis treatment easier!

  • Relax knowing we’re going to leave you softer and smoother than ever before!

Questions?

  • Electrolysis is the only FDA-approved method of permanent hair removal. It uses a tiny pulse of energy in the form of a radio frequency to zap the root of the hair—so once it’s gone, it’s gone. Bye forever, fuzz! 👋

  • We wear professional magnification loupes with bright lights to find every stubborn hair. Then we gently slide a fine, flexible probe into the follicle, deliver a quick burst of heat, and immediately extract the hair, so you leave feeling softer and smoother. But seriously, we dry out and kill off the stem cells that tell the hair to grow, and once they’re zapped, that hair’s history.

  • Yes! Unlike laser, which reduces hair, electrolysis removes each treated hair permanently.

  • Everywhere. It’s seriously precise and effective.

    • Chin, lip, jawline

    • Brows, sideburns, cheeks

    • Underarms

    • Bikini + Brazilian

    • Breasts, belly, back

    • Fingers, toes, and more

If hair grows there and we can see it — we’ve got you.

  • YES! Electrolysis has been around for over 140 years. We use state-of-the-art 27.12 MHz technology (think: fast and precise) and sterile, medical-grade tools. You’re in good hands.

  • You might see some redness and swelling for a few hours—that’s totally normal.

Apply an ice pack and use a hydrating serum with hyaluronic acid or soothing aloe to calm the skin. Most people look completely fine by the next morning, though the area may still feel a little tender. Your skin will bounce back quickly, and we’ll guide you through all the aftercare.

  • You might see a few tiny pinpoint scabs for a couple days right after treatment—that’s normal. Think of them like little badges of progress 🏅. Just keep the area moisturized with good hyaluronic-based products and your skin will bounce back twice as fast.

  • It’s rare, especially if you protect your skin with sunscreen and a hat right after treatment. Melanin can kick in to protect the skin if it senses irritation, so darker skin tones should avoid sun exposure post-treatment. Ice and hydration will be your BFFs right after treatment.

  • Yes, we’ve got all three!
But most clients prefer thermolysis—it’s faster, more comfortable, and lets us clear the most hair per session. Blend and galvanic are great for some cases, but results take longer and it can feel more intense.

  • It’s more of a pinch than a zap—and most people say it’s way less than they expected. Sensitive areas? We’ve got numbing options. You can also take an ibuprofen or pain reliever of your choice about an hour before. Many clients skip numbing altogether once they realize it’s no big deal!

  • Hair grows in cycles, so we can only treat visible hairs each time. Most clients come for several months to fully clear an area. Hormonal growth (like PCOS, menopause, HRT) or dense fuzz is likely to take a year+ — but then you’re done with it, and it’s really joyful to never have to worry again!

    • 2x/month – Best for staying on track!

    • Weekly – Great for big areas or hormonal fuzz or if you have a problem with tweezing.

    • Monthly – Still works, just slower progress.

    • Maintenance mode – Stop in if anything new pops up to keep things smooth.

  • We book in time blocks—from 15 minutes to 2+ hours, depending on what you’re treating. We’ll help you choose what fits your goals (and budget!).

  • YES! Unlike laser, which can struggle with light, gray or red hair and isn’t always safe for darker skin tones, electrolysis works on every skin tone and every hair color. No exclusions here!

  • Absolutely. In fact, electrolysis is often the best choice for managing excess hair from PCOS, menopause, or HRT. Hormonal hair is stubborn—but we’re more stubborn. 💪

    • Avoid sun, heat, exfoliants, and heavy creams for 24–48 hours.

    • Use an ice pack + hyaluronic moisturizer or aloe to soothe and speed healing.

    • We’ll give you full aftercare instructions at your appointment!

  • We bill by time—see our pricing page for current rates. Not sure how long you need? No worries! Book a 30-minute consultation, and we’ll create a plan that fits your skin, your hair, and your budget.
