By accessing, booking, or purchasing services from Prickly Pear Electrolysis & Skincare, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

We provide professional electrolysis hair removal, skincare treatments, and related wellness services. All treatments are performed by licensed electrologists or estheticians.
We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse service for any reason.

  • Modify, discontinue, or update services or pricing without prior notice.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance via our website, phone, or in person.

  • We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount.

  • For clients on a package or subscription, a fee equivalent to the standard rack rate for the missed service will apply.

  • Fees are automatically charged to the card on file or deducted from pre-paid credits.

  • Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be asked to reschedule and may incur a cancellation fee.

Our time is reserved exclusively for you — we appreciate your respect for our schedule and other clients.

4. Pricing and Payments

  • Service prices are posted on our website and are subject to change without notice.

  • Payment is due at the time of service.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards and other approved payment methods.

  • All sales are final. No refunds are issued for completed services. Credits may be granted at management’s discretion.

  • Product sales are non-refundable unless defective or unopened and returned within 7 days of purchase.

5. Health and Safety

Clients must disclose all relevant health information prior to treatment, including medications, skin conditions, allergies, or medical history.
We are not responsible for reactions resulting from information withheld by the client.

We maintain strict sanitation and sterilization standards in compliance with Texas state board and health regulations.

6. Results Disclaimer

Results vary by individual and depend on consistency, skin type, hair growth cycles, and other factors.
We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes.

7. Minors

Clients under 18 years old must have written consent from a parent or legal guardian before receiving any services.

8. Gift Cards and Promotions

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

  • Promotions, discounts, and referral credits cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

9. Intellectual Property

All text, images, logos, and content on our website or printed materials are the property of Prickly Pear Electrolysis & Skincare and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability
