YES! Electrolysis has been around for over 140 years. We use state-of-the-art 27.12 MHz technology (think: fast and precise) and sterile, medical-grade tools. You’re in good hands.

You might see a few tiny pinpoint scabs for a couple days right after treatment—that’s normal. Think of them like little badges of progress 🏅. Just keep the area moisturized with good hyaluronic-based products and your skin will bounce back twice as fast.

It’s rare, especially if you protect your skin with sunscreen and a hat right after treatment. Melanin can kick in to protect the skin if it senses irritation, so darker skin tones should avoid sun exposure post-treatment. Ice and hydration will be your BFFs right after treatment.

But most clients prefer thermolysis—it’s faster, more comfortable, and lets us clear the most hair per session. Blend and galvanic are great for some cases, but they take longer and can feel more intense.

It’s more of a pinch or zap—most people say it’s way less than they expected. Sensitive areas? We’ve got numbing options. You can also take an ibuprofen about an hour before. Many clients skip numbing altogether once they realize it’s no big deal!

Hair grows in cycles, so we can only treat visible hairs each time. Most clients come for several months to fully clear an area. Hormonal growth (like PCOS, menopause, HRT) or dense fuzz is likely to take a year+ — but then you’re done with it, forever!

Before:

Let the hair grow for 2–3 days so we can see it.

Come with clean, lightly moisturized skin.

Skip caffeine and sugar (they can make you more sensitive).

Drink water—you’ll tolerate treatment better when hydrated.

After:

Avoid sun, heat, exfoliants, and heavy creams for 24–48 hours.

Use an ice pack + aloe or hyaluronic moisturizer to soothe and speed healing.
